A bug that involved Romulan Liberated Borg captains and their skills once they chose an ally
I got the Bellerophon to use the costume on my Intrepid to switch to it from my Nebula, but I dismisses the wrong long range exploration ship, and haven't been able to claim the correct one since. I've placed a couple of tickets, the first once saying it was a known bug, but that was supposedly fixed. I placed a second ticket, but don't expect to hear anything for a few days, so I thought I'd post as well.
Its frustrating to feel stuck from being able to do what I should be able to do because I mixed up refit and retrofit when I went to dismiss the extra ship that I no longer should have needed.
