Check your inventory, she should come in a crate you have to unpack first.

Yes you should have it in your Inventory when you use it Just make sure you have an available open slot available to place your Borg officer into and btw Great choice in picking
a Borg Officer because i bought one myself and it helps you out of some Sticky situations in Space Combat thats for sure:biggrin:
