***Resolved Issues***
  • "Login failed for unknown reason" error
  • Missing additional character slot for current/ lapsed Gold Members
  • Slow patching in the launcher
  • A bug that involved Romulan Liberated Borg captains and their skills once they chose an ally
  • Some characters were stuck in a loading screen with a "Server Not Responding" message

It may be related Ive noticed my account has been billed however no stipend.

I think they said elsewhere the stipends appear the next day. I could be wrong.

I believe you are correct. A previous dev post clarified that it occurs the day after billing.

This was my experience. My billing date is the 10th and the CP showed up around midday or early afternoon (US ET) on the 11th.
