Anyone else has an oppinion on it?

The M.A.C.O shield looks much better imo, even the Omega one..

This HOnor guard looks a bit like poo...

I think it could use some nice glossy effect like the M.A.C.O one but darker/redish perhaps or silver.

i liked it but it was not that spectacular. it seemed more like a hull skin option you would get from the tailor than a fancy new shield.

I like it, it's actually my favourite of the three sets. I like the understated satin hull colouring, reminds me a little of the colouring of modern fighters; a little more dull than satin but not quite matt. The MACO shield looks good too but IMO the Omega shield effect is horrible; on Fed ships in particular it makes the hull look dirty and rust stained.

Its not so bad looking on a Vor'Kang and its stats are fine as well.
Omega force shield on the other hand ... rust bucket comes to mind.

What i don't get is the ugly tapered deflector glow cryptic seems to love so much, Aegis has it honor guard has it just dialed down some.

It's easier to see the effect on the top of the 'wing' but I'm at work so can't get a better picture just yet. You can make out the different colouring though, more grey brown than the usual green.

Yeap. With set done, I definitely want that!
