I am not sure if this is a Bug, but every ship board Engineering assignment I have is to run diagnostics on the weapons coils. I am a Tactical Character so is this intended?

BUt I am worry my Shield Array, Warp Core, Impulse Engines, Computer core etc are in need of routine diagnostics, but I cannot do them.
