Hi all,

Not only can I not start the game, but I cant even start the patcher. It crashes immediately, before even showing the login window.

I've tried downloading an old version of the patcher, but it just patches itself and then crashes again.

I really dont want to have to reinstall as that would take HOURS of downloading.

Any suggestions?

Well I cracked and tried reinstalling, which made it worse! Got an nasty error as shown in attached screenshot.

Then I tried upgrading IE to version 9, and it seems to start now. If the new launcher depends on IE9 to the extent that it will CRASH without it, Cryptic really ought to tell us.

Having a similar problem aswell. I log in, my character list builds, get kicked to the login screen. Log back in, same thing happens. I repeated many times and still cannot login.
