Thanks fellow Lifetimers! I'm just glad that now, for however long the game lasts that I'll be able to get the C-points and I won't have to worry about my bank account taking a hit fro 14.99 every month! I had been a regular sub since launch which means that I spent at least $300 bucks in sub cost over time! Now I can sit back and not have to worry about giving any money whatsoever unless I choose to do so! Our society predominantly functions on instant gratification, but the awesome feeling that I have knowing that I'll be playing for free soon enough is more than enough for me! Props for delayed gratification via patience!

Welcome aboard. I hope that it turns out to be as good a value-for-money purchase for you, as it was for me.

Joined, after 533 days of many game cards and a 6 month sub.

Welcome aboard and glad to have you as a lifer. Even with the changes coming to FTP I'm glad I got mine and while it's already payed for it's self, I know there will be other benefits in the long run.

I'm really thinking about buying one when I get home from work here in 2 hours. I just have to decide if I can make it till Friday on 100 dollars. Being a single parent who doest get much child support from the ex makes me money stingy. This sale came up at the wrong time. Had to also by Christmas and some new winter clothes for the kids so it drained my savings. Well any way I just have to figure it out.

get your child there needs, then if you still got enough you wont need to feed yourself with all the trek time you get in!

plus, you can justify it as a x-mas pressie to yourself

my kids are always covered first. This would be my present but this is not the issue I don't like having so little on reserve for an emergancy.
