I was thinking about this.

In "Take Me Out to the Holosuite", Sisko says the Vulcan team is stronger than everyone but Worf and faster than everyone except Bashir.

That seems to imply that at least some Vulcans move at super-human speed.

Trait system needs to be revamped completely imo, but yes I agree they should be faster but not by much and I would imagine Caitians would be faster still.

I had the impression they were talking about reflexes, not movement speed. Neither "stronger than everyone" nor "faster than everyone" may not mean "super-human", no one in Sisko's crew was a professional body builder, weightlifter or sprinter. So even if individual Vulcans may be able of feats beyond what the best human can achieve, the average Vulcan is just stronger and faster han the average (fit) Human, but not necessarily stronger or faster than the best trained humans.
