I have the galaxy class (captain version) and was wondering what the best design for it is??

My current design is:

Fore: 2 Mk VII Phaser Beam Arrays and 2 Photon Torpedo Launchers

Aft: Same as before just with one launcher

Consoles:

Engineering: Hull Plating, RCS Booster or something and EPS Conduit thing(increases power exchange rate by 50%)

Tactical: Point Defense Turret (from deluxe edition) and Phaser Relay

Science: Stealth and Countermeasure Systems

Abilities: Emergency Power to Shield III, Boarding Party III, Rotate shield frequency or whatever, Science Team I, Torpedo Spread I, Brace for impact II, Jam Targeting Scanners II, Scorpion Fighters.

I am an Engineering Officer Captain Grade 7 I believe.

P.S. What do you thing of the miniguns???? (All of my away team have them!)

3 Beam array fore, 3 beams array aft.
1 torpedo each front and aft.


Get tactical team 1 and torpedo spread 2 for tac powers.

Engineering consoles: whatever, doesn't really matter in pve
Science consoles: ditto.
Tactical: 2x phaser relay if you are using phasers. if you use another weapon type get the according console.

Boff powers: lose boarding parties. add eject warp plasma instead that one can burn through most npc on its own.




Just broadside and turn in to let the spread lose once in a while.
