File a customer ticket notifying that you were not satisfied with the response to a customer ticket (ticket id would be useful) and ask the issue to be escalated.

Will it work? Depends on many factors about the issue at hand and the persons dealing with it eventually, and possibly even the tone of your ticket and what not.
