"Login failed for unknown reason" error
Missing additional character slot for current/ lapsed Gold Members
The first pop-up contact box when leveling a character to Lieutenant 8 with Lt. Ferra (the Doff contact officer) is blank. This probably should have some text indicating he wants you to visit him at Starfleet Academy to pick up your first cadre of Dutty Officers.
