My point was in fact that rarely do update notes and patches/updates to server occur at the same time but just because they don't is no reason to pester them about them. I am sure at some point they will get around to it, Just have a little patiences
Was anyone else having trouble access startrekonline.com or the game before the servers went down for maintenance? When I'm using my home net connection (which I've not had prior issues) I was unable to access the sight or game without using a VPN. Any thoughts?
We will be bringing down Star Trek Online on Thursday, December 22nd from 7:00AM to 9:00AM PDT (1400 to 1600 UTC) in order to perform general system maintenance. We will provide an update once the maintenance has been completed.
There will not be a new patch applied this week so no patch notes!
Is the time wrong on this? The server went down at 15:00 UTC. And it has not come back at 16:00? So either you meant 15:00 to 17:00 or its just completely random.

No patch? Really? What about all the broken KDF missions & items in game?

I also experienced this, around 6 AM ET (1100 GMT). Both the game and the website appeared to be down.
