It's a Rare 20h Espionage mission that rewards 357 CXP. The mission text reads:

But the great part is that the mission requires 3x Tuffli Tribbles.

Tee-hee... Now that's a humorous and canical spin on biological warefare that cracks me up.

That must be the highest CXP espionage mission ever. 357 standard CXP in 20 hours is nice. I wish there were more of those assignments. Purrhaps if you advance to Tear 3 in Espionage, more rare assignments will show up. No idea though.
