My Kar'fi did not get the phase shift console

I logged in just a minute ago and checked the kar'fi my KDF was commanding. I did get the second launch bay, but I do not have the Phase Shift Console. Also, my inventory does not show a overflow button, so it is not there.

No, characters made on the tribble (or redshirt) test server cannot be moved to holodeck - this is something that I've never seen any game do, it's not just STO.

Where did the Dilithium Store get moved too? The girl who did it on ESD in the middle doesnt do it anymore.
