***Resolved Issues***
  • "Login failed for unknown reason" error
  • Missing additional character slot for current/ lapsed Gold Members
  • Slow patching in the launcher
  • A bug that involved Romulan Liberated Borg captains and their skills once they chose an ally
  • Some characters were stuck in a loading screen with a "Server Not Responding" message

I was in-game at 10am EST and about to buy a ship for my toon when the servers went down. Went right to the website and store was down. Glad I'm a Lifetime member so I don't have to give them any money and I get paid 400 pts a months. Its freaking ridiculous what they do to their customer base and don't give a c rap about it. Don't expect anything but, maybe, a slight apology, if that.

Look at the CStore prices...its pretty obvious what is outrageous. Pet prices are STUPID also.

Witht he odd thing still showing cheaper, like the gift boxes at 80CP, some things have clearly been increased in price. The Fed Aenar tradeable BO went from 100CP to it's current price of 400CP.

If you were on at 10:00 you would have missed the sale even if the server was up "From December 30th at 10AM to January 5th at 10AM"

Wow, I bet the tradeable Caitians went up, too. Damn.

Now I wish I'd bought a couple extra during the sale.

I guess they changed their minds on the playable races too. I can't select a Caitian to play without buying it from the C-Store.
