I was in-game at 10am EST and about to buy a ship for my toon when the servers went down. Went right to the website and store was down. Glad I'm a Lifetime member so I don't have to give them any money and I get paid 400 pts a months. Its freaking ridiculous what they do to their customer base and don't give a c rap about it. Don't expect anything but, maybe, a slight apology, if that.
