The issue is that PSWs damage can be buffed so high that it can out damage torpedoes, lol.

Personally, since that friendly fire Tricobalt nerf was directed so clearly at Mini in the first place, I feel like he deserves this one. Just so long as no one else abuses it. Ahem...

MES 1, Beam Overload 2, HYT 1, PSW 3, GW 1, and Scramble 1. Should make for a decent "decloak" Alpha.

I've been using PSW 1 on a fully buffed tac and it seems like enough to take out a cruiser for and alpha type finishing move.
