Spawn camping really isn't PvP, its the campers attempt to avoid an honest PvP fight. I've been trying to keep the campers out of the spawn point on both factions.

It is sad that some Fed's don't know how to; turn left/right, throw the ship in reverse or do scissors.

The problem with GPG is that when it does stall you out, even if you hit Dueterium or other stuff, the turn rate is still pretty much non existant.

Well, in all fairness they do find our firing upon them disruptive to thier gameplay.

True, as nothing but a few abilities (mainly Tac in nature ) increase turn rate but one doesn't have to turn - one merely needs to escape/outdistance the enemy or turtle up as best as one can and hope that one's skill and CD's help you survive until the effects wear off or hopefully help arrives.
Its not as if one has been TB'ed and has no choice but to stand still and take it becuase one has no PH or ApO to use a a counter.
The options for survival of the GPG is ingame. It is not the KDFs fault if the feds do not recognize or use it.

to complain against GPG is the equivalent of me complaining about being AMSed or Senscrambled and *****ing becuase I don't use ST in my build. The option exists but I have to choose to use it or suffer the consequences.

I wasn’t debating if camping is a legit tactic in PvP or its morality my point was more of a fact. We know how arena’s work 5v5 first to 20 and C&H’s 10v10 cap station and hold them. We all know how Ker’rat works one side keeps the other side from completing the mission while one side attempt to complete the mission. More to the point we know what to expect when we go in to one of these three PvP zones especially as the OP put it he has encountered this 5 months ago and for the past 5 days.

2°- Yes, I wanted PVP and I got PVP, and has you can see, I was just asking if the KDF players were already camping Ker'rat for some time. The other players posted that the Feds are also doing it, so, question answered.
First off you wanted to play PvP in order to test your skills what you failed to realize was you wanted to play PvP in a different form like a arena type PvP zone or C&H type zone. Ker’rat is a open PvP type zone that may mean 1v1, 3v1, 10v1.….. To your other point this is PvP you seldom get a “fair fight” even in a arena if you get focused on its Xv1. Furthermore in a C&H you may get caught solo by multiple players would you consider that unfair? If so maybe Tic tac toe is more you style of checkers.

Second off you just wanted to known if this has been happening for some time? You stated 5 month ago this was happing and for the last 5 days. Sounds like your question was already answered so why the need to come on the PvP forums to complain about the function of PvP? Because your OP didn’t at all appear to be a question.

The best thing about kerrat is the Zone chat when 5 n00bs are talking crap to a vet and the vet is in an escort tanking the 5 players for 10 minutes and the n00bs talk crap like they are uber. Then they offer excuses as the vet picks them off one by on in 5 minutes.

I've been going to Kerrat for the first time as a klink, and I must say it has been interesting.

Nothing to it really. De-cloak, stun, one shot, kill clueless fed, then cloak and spiral upwards as people shoot at me. Rinse & repeat. The "boys" lurk around me in their cloaked fragility just in case there is an easy kill to be had. (It is very fun to steal kills from the Borg)

When the need arises, I just swap out my BOffs and consoles. If there is a battle going on, I can just sit and watch to see if the "boys" need something in particular, like DPS, healz, tanks, and then rebuild accordingly.

When I'm alone in a zone, I either warp out (and find one with more klinks in it), or I troll a fed by seeing how close I can get before being detected, then, I run away. Or I use my Enhanced Battle Fragility to randomly drop GW3 and a salvo of fireworks, just for lolz.

Sometimes, I put my intelligence on display in zone chat and try to make everyone cry. This also causes lolz.

And so, a typical day in the life of a Kerrat Klink is described. (note* I've only played a day, and that's all I learned, so there may be more.)

The only real angst in kerrat for the Kdf is when we are outnumbered 4 to 1 and the zone resets. Getting out of the scrum can be a little tedious but once you are out the fun really begins.

2. Good but annoying tactic;
This is WAR, we are there not just to annoy you, but to go 1000x that and KILL you, this must be understood, this is not a sport.

This is the correct attitude, STO is a team oriented endeavor.

I wondered for a long long time, why Cryptic does not fix this, then I realized that it is the only time the feds have a chance to kill us, so let them have this little bit of solace.

Ker'rat is the only place in STO where one can sharpen the razor of their PvP skill, where else is their the potential to fight against unbeatable odds and emerge victorious!
