Turn rate don't slot that console....instead slot something else...just some advice...if you want to survive with the dreadnaught you have to understand you are not going to be turning around and front facing like some ship designed for it...instead you are going to be broad side mostly...and with your weapon set up....you best bet is to play that way.
You chose a lot of beam weapons.....and that's mostly good.....you probably want to have more turrets though which will keep firing at the enemy no matter where they are and remember each shot of a tetryon or plasma or special type has a chance to do its nasty effects and turrets fire fast.
But anywise one thing you have to decide if you want to use beam weapons or cannons....for the dreadnaught like all cruisers your turn radius means you wont be turning that well.....not bad....but not well....so you need to have more weapon arcs.
Beam weapons are designed to get rid of shields.....they do damage but not as much as the cannon types.
You normally want to have a forward torpedo weapon...one you want to control for yourself....so you can decide when to fire.....this is due to when shields go back up.....and also lets you do nasty hits....
Like for example.....if you have torpedo spread power....nothing will stop you from using it getting in super close and launching it at point blank....that's what the ramming speed and brace for impact are for.
You might also if you can get it from the episode re-run.....you want to have a rear mounted transphasic torpedo cluster weapon....its not the best but it will help with the plasma ejection...and get rid of pesky cloak users.(this shoots a single torpedo out that turns into a big group of mines near the target which auto-track to all targets around them.
Now if this is the federation dreadnaught you have your own cloak and the dorsal phaser cannon...so you probably don't need all the differing beam weapons or the phaser bank in front....but you didn't say you have it...you just said dreadnaught.
One thing though.....your phaser console only effects phaser damage....not polaron not plasma, not even tetryon.
You might think about altering that.
I don't know what power usage you use, like if you use balanced or weapon or shield or whatever......but you have absolutely no way to regenerate your shields except for miracle worker...don't know if that is good or not.
You might think about getting science team 1 at least somewhere from a science bridge officer...as this gives you shields back and removes bad buffs.
Also another reason is that the recharge on it is separate from the engineer powers.
Just a quick thought there.
Anywise that's my advice......I don't want to tell someone else how to play....I just want to give people ideas so they can play for themselves and come up with some astounding play tactics.
