A bug that involved Romulan Liberated Borg captains and their skills once they chose an ally
New to STO, long time player of other MMO's such as EVE online, got bored with that. I have to say I'm very impressed with STO so far in the 2 days I've been able to play it. It really captures the entire Star Trek experience for sure.
