*!*!*We are investigating an issue where some players are seeing a "login failed for unknown reason" error at the log-in screen.*!*!*
We are investigating a bug where some Gold Members may not have received their additional character slot -- details here (Will be fixed ASAP!).
UPDATE! We are also investigating reports of slow patching and are working on a resolution. For a better patch experience, please restart your launcher. It will pick up where it left off and should be faster to complete.
If you have purchased a Legacy or Starter Pack, please see this thread for instructions on how to claim your items in-game.
If you have additional questions about the Legacy or Starter pack, please read this FAQ.
While in the game settings menu, when trying to change resolution, after chaning any setting all the mouse clicks attempts minimize the application several times until it ultimately crashes. I have noticed that it behaves as if it has no background so to speak, as clicking in one spot in the game interface led to an icon being selected on Desktop after the application was minimized.
Please help!
im having the same problem use to play the game awhile back on a crap computer upgraded to a much better gaming computer now the graphics are so blocky that you can make much out. Yet Hails chat box and all your skill buttons are fine only the display is pixely.
edit: found a cheap way of fixing it , bring the window back up again and before clicking press alt + enter, makes it windowed but at lest it's playable then.
Yeah I have this problem any hud clickable buttons will minimize the game to desktop... both computers did it! When restarting after clicking on the change resolution! Sucks it does that but Cryptic should know about this problem so it can be fixed!
The problem seems to be that the game will change the resolution, but not resize the window properly, so whenever you click outside the area of the screen that the origional resolution would have occupied if it was a window windows thinks that you are clicking on your desktop or whatever so the client minimises.
It's the kind of annoying bug that's probably going to cost a few players when the game goes fully F2P on the 17th.
