I just bought some Cryptic Points to purchase a ship in the store. However, when I navigate to the appropriate page, the Unlock button is grey and does nothing when I click on it.
Am I doing something wrong?
Edit: And I do have enough points to buy it. I have a few hundred left over, in fact.
That generally means you are too low of a Rank to purchase the item - or trying to buy something from a different Faction. So, for example, if you are a Lt Cmdr you can't buy a Cmdr ship until you reach Cmdr rank. Likewise Feds can't buy Klink gear, and vice-versa.
