UPDATE! We're aware of a Skill Points issue that some Romulan Liberated Borg captains may be experiencing, as well as players not being able to delete mail, and are working towards a resolution.

***Resolved Issues***
  • "Login failed for unknown reason" error
  • Missing additional character slot for current/ lapsed Gold Members

I too am stuck at the Retrieving Character list screen.

I certainly hope they are aware of this!

Yeah, same problem. I checked the top forums first and apparently they just did some maintenance work on the account server, so naturally, now we can't log in anymore.

Getting this as well, my whole fleet STF team timed out after leaving Cure Space and now we all keep timing out trying to reconnect.

Having the same problem here, i logged in fine this morning to check my duty officer's assignments before going to work, and now i can't get into space, darn it.


stuck on retrieving character list, please tell me this normally is a short timed issue.
