As the title states please put this in game. It has been bugging me since I got more than 10 datasamples to craft with, as I keep them all in the bank, and when I want to craft, I just pull them all out. It's REALLY annoying that I have to move them one by one, where a shift click would allow me to move groups of items.
I know this doesn't exactly answer the problem with moving multiple items at once, but you don't need to pull items out of your bank to craft with them. It's quite a time-saver.
