***Resolved Issues***
  • "Login failed for unknown reason" error
  • Missing additional character slot for current/ lapsed Gold Members
  • Slow patching in the launcher
  • A bug that involved Romulan Liberated Borg captains and their skills once they chose an ally

The Holodeck shard is undergoing an extended maintenance. We anticipate the shard will be back online at approximately 1 hour (12:00PM PST / 20:00 UTC). We apologize for any inconvenience.

um so that would be 1300est and its now 1400est......is it still down?

I don't suppose it would be possible to have times given in GMT? It's really difficult to know what time things are happening as no idea what US based time zones are. Thanks for all your hard work anyway ^^ Looking forward to seeing new improvements and changes as time progresses!

I'd ask this as well. It's easier to calculate your time of gmt then it is from utc.
