I DL'd and ran nettest.exe from a link posted by a Dev in another thread (can't remember which) and ran it to see what came up. Here's the screenie i took.

Now, i dunno exactly what all this means, but it doesnt seem like the best numbers for DLing. Any thoughts? Maybe my router or ISP is throttling me down? Please help.

Hmm, DSL in southern TX, right? Not sure why you would be getting numbers that low. If you are on wireless, try a wired connection. Other than that, your ISP might just not be all that zippy :-/

sorry to post in such an old thread but I have almost identical results.

my Ping is about 90-120ms

I have a cable connection. I have 10meg internet. (no max download)

Is there something happening at my end or is it all about my ISP?

If it COULD be my PC or Router then how do I check that? and how do I Fix that?
