The launch screen appears and I cannot click on cryptic for account type , it stays on perfect world so it keeps saying my login is invalid .. i restarted my computer and it isnt fixing it

I'm having the same issue, I am unable to select "Cryptic" for my log in information and I do not have a Perfect World account. There's a joke to be made there, but I won't be the one to make it.

uninstalling the game and reinstalling isnt helping either
