If you could have any character from the Star Trek universe teach at Starfleet Academy, who would that character be and what subject would they teach?

For me, I'd go for Scotty to teach Engineering. Think how much fun THAT class would be. If you wanted to suck up to him you wouldn't bring an apple, you'd bring a bottle of SCOTCH!
