So I've had this issue ever since I first started playing the game and I'm unsure whether it's an issue with everyone. Every time I update to a new patch the "Loading..." screen with the Starfleet logo takes forever to go away. I have very a very fast computer (Alienware) and internet (maxed out cable), so it shouldn't be either one of those. So I'm just wondering if it's just me or if everyone experiences this.

I get this whenever I use the DX11 shader. For completeness here is my console when it hangs:

Looks like sloppy memory management is the culprit.

Computer Specs for the computer it hangs on:

Intel i5 655K @ 4.2GHz
ASUS P5Q57-M DO motherboard
Auzentech X-Raider sound card
BFG GeForce 280 GTX graphics card
Mushkin Radioaactive Cas6 1333MHz DDR3 ram (16GB)
Western Digital 500GB HDD x4 in RAID0 storage

All drivers are updated.

The game does eventually load but it takes 2-3 mintues, which isn't a worldbeater I guess but it's certainly unacceptable for an overclocked i5 system with cas6 RAM.
