# 1 Dilithium exchange bug
01-20-2012, 08:56 AM
On the 16th of January, just before the shift to F2P, I decided to exchange all my dilithium for c-points, since I expected prices to drop after. I don't remember the exact amount, but I should have received at least 300 c-points. I know it sometimes takes a little while to update, but I still haven't received these points on my account and I've lost quite a substantial amount of dilithium.

The exact same thing has happened to my brother, so I was wondering if anyone else had this problem? It's really discouraging me from continuing to play

Did you 'Claim' the results of transaction from the 'Dilithium Exchange'??? If you did not, then their still held in the Exchange balance, in anticipation of further transactions...

Also, the Dilithium Exchange converts/returns, 'Promotional' points that cannot be used or transfered to other Cryptic MMO games and are bound to STO, so regardless, they will not show up as part of your C-Point Account 'Balance'...
