Not sure what to make of the battle log. But are you able to kill any of the borg and undine?

So you obviously ARE doing some damage if you can get it down to 2%. But if you aren't able to actually kill them, it might be bugged. The last time I ran the mission was maybe 2 months ago, and it seemed to work fine. The reward is definitely worth it (borg assimilated module). I would try killing the borg first and seeing if that makes a difference. If not, then I would drop the mission and restart from the beginning. I believe that stage is still in the early part of the whole mission, and shouldn't be too bad to restart. (Don't want to spoil it for you, but the second part involves beaming into a cube).

Yeah, It was bugged. I couldn't kill spheres/probes or anything. I was critical hitting for zero.

I dropped the quest and restarted it. So much easier this time round!

I think it's because you have to hit a certain trigger to actually make them killable. I've managed to avoid it couple of times but flying around the area fixed it.

At least that's what it seemed like. I didn't have to restart the mission.

There are "scenery" Borg and Undine ships in that mission, that are only there to provide the illusion of large fleets clashing. Engaging those will cause the problem you describe. You simply aren't killing the "right" ships. Not that this is your fault. The mission does a bad job of showing you which ones to worry about. Look for the red indicators on your minimap. Those are the ones to go after.

I think this is the mistake I made last night. When I finally got to the ships I should kill I spent a long time trying to kill them, I'd get them down to 15 or 20% and they'd just stay there much like the OP experienced. Definitely bugged. It was late so I hung it up for the night. Today I logged in and it dropped me right into the part I was at last night except this time they went down with no problem.

Hope this gets fixed.
