A bug that involved Romulan Liberated Borg captains and their skills once they chose an ally
So my game runs slow, because of my Desktop not having all the correct specs. Which i understand, but what i dont understand is why when im playing STO and i press ESC my game looks like its running crisp and then i get out of the main ESC menu and its back to slow.....i feel that is it Teasing me. So does this mean that i might be able to get my game running as fast as it looks or? Idk
It's a bug with the way the game renders the user interface (all through the CPU, single threaded, from a dev post ages ago). You'll notice that ALT-F12 also makes it super fast. The game is nearly unplayable for me in large engagements as a result of this.
