Before all the set balance's I am sure when in a combat zone Torpedoes would show increased damage due to this set. Now I see no change. Can anyone confirm this the set broke?

It's a little annoying trying to fly a Torpedo boat when the Projectile boosting officer is broke, set now broke and Target subsystem shields is also now broke and your are skilled for Projectile's not energy weapons .

Did you get chance to test it?

I think the Aegis took a nerf hit as well. Shield strength had been around 12k. Now around 6.9K. My ship now goes down in a blaze of glory a heck of LOT faster. disappointing since it took some effort to get them.
