I was sell criptic points for dilithium, then I recived dilithium on the 'bank' and click on withdraw but i didn't recive it on my accaunt. Does anyone have solution

Did you enter the amount you wanted to withdraw? or click the 'Withdraw All' check box

Yes. In history window say 38,700 transfered from the exchange balance to the personal balance.

Today I made a new purchase and everything was going okay. But still missing 38,700 dilithium ore

Have you not been in game for a number of days and are you a Gold Member?

The reason I ask is that if you have not logged on the game will automatically refine your or for the number of days you have not been logged on up to a max of 7 days. SO it would refine 8000 per day not logged in.

I m a gold member and subscribed for 680 day. I play every day over the past five days.

Besides, the dilithium you buy on the exchange is already refined so it should not be connected with the 8K-per-day limit.
