My question is, is it unlocked for every character you make, or is it just for 1 character?

C-store purchases are traditionally account unlocks, as far as I know.

This appears to be per character of course...


I am now taking DIlitium bets on how long before we see flavored Endgame packs...

for ships yes. for the others, it varies

example, the various pets you can get? those are per-character

I can't see why it would make more sense to buy this than, say, a Caitian you can sell for enough to buy all of those things and more.
