A bug that involved Romulan Liberated Borg captains and their skills once they chose an ally
I have been having this problem since around 8:00PM Mountain time on Tuesday. The counter will not increase the number of collected kills on my KDF character. At the same time, the number of NPC kills for "The Most Dangerous Game" and "Turret Killer" are not increasing either. Anyone else having this issue?
