i have heard that the new ultra - rare duty officers have a 1 in 10 chance of appearing in the regular C-store packs.
my question on that is , I just brought 20 packs off the C - store and no purple duty officer in one of them . please help with any info.

Rolling 'Snake Eyes' on a pair of dice (e.g. one & one) has a 1 in 36 chance of occuring... If you roll a pair of Dice 36 times, will you always get a 'Snake Eyes'....

(You really need to take a class on statistics & probability to fully understand the concept of 'chance'...)
