Wish I knew why. I have an open character slot (As I can create a new regular character), but it failed to create a Foundry character twice. Any ideas?

For those who may ask, I am Gold (Lifer).

Update: I can create characters, but if I change anything, then it fails. Bug?

When I first made my foundry creator character I didn't even have an option to adjust the costume. It just made them whatever race with the default look. I needed to visit a tailor while previewing a mission on ESD or SFA (after getting drop loot EC from some mobs during testing) in order to adjust my look.

So, I think this isn't a bug. But, if you are able to access the character costume creator on creation it is more than I had with my foundry toon.
