So the Odyssey is finally here and it's everywhere, to my delight I jumped into a STF and all ships were Odyssey class
But alas not all is well, where is the universal Ensign slot? I know it's a tiny issue and the ship is awesome but as a Tactical Officer I was really looking forward to those 2 Universal slots. Is this an error or did they lie and one will show up in the C-Store later on with the Universal Ensign.

That was changed a days or two ago on tribble. That's why the original annoucement in the dev blog said things were subject to change.

Yeah that makes sense, it's a shame though but I suspect a version may be released in C-Store with that feature or something else. It mentions variations could appear next month.

The c-store version is a given. They've said several times the +1 version will have benefits like the saucer separation, aux craft, etc. The universal ensign console would be another good incentive for people to buy the c-store version too.

Kinda wish could get the universal ensign back, or least make it a engineer.

The BOFF layout is Commander and Ensgin Engineer, Lt. Sci, Lt. Tac, and Universal Lt. Commander.
