shield array: 9.8k vs 6.7k vs 6.4k is that working as intented? although you can always try to argue about the set bonus.

Hello... the Honor Guard shield is a COVARIANT!... They are the top end shields for high capacity and pathetic Regen. It SHOULD have an enormous cap compared to all others. Though it would be nice if the Aegis one did not suffer so much in comparison.

I understand it is a COVARIANT, but for normal equipment, different is only about 15-20% max shield different for normal shield array vs covariant. But appearntly honor guard's cap is close to 35%+ higher than a normal version (honor guard vs omega),

What is its regen rate? That high end cap is just a band-aid on a compound fracture if the regen rate can not refill those shields effectively under fire.
