Maybe there is already a topic about this but i think its quite important:

if you have something expired on exchange and you get the item in return-mail, you CAN'T loot the item!!!
Thats something devs should fix, in my opinion. Is it hard to fix something like that (i have no knowledge in programming so i really don't know)?

I found the solution: you have to access mail from the SS Azure or maybe Mailbox and then you can loot it. false alarm. sorry but its good to know how you can loot it.

It only works at the Earth space Dock Bank Don't know way but you must be at ESD too loot your item it works fine.Any major mail system at ESD / captins table / DS9 / and Memory Alpha work fine.SS Azure was not meant too collect items only send.
