I'm prob going out on a limb here, but what is the standard response time after reporting a ticket?
Ive submitted a GM request ticket 10 days ago with no response as yet.
Personally, i think that is pretty appalling... Being a gold member as well, i would have thought that they would have got back to me pretty quickly?
they support here is in a word, bad, then when things get bad, it gets worse. Personally I think they should hire either a whole new company to do their support, if they do it internally, or 2nd, give it all to PWE now, and hope they do better.
But then again, when things like my signature get said. I wonder about PWE too.
