probably cause the server is in the usa or at least that would be my best guess

I can only assume the Dread loses the ability to fire it's spinal phaser lance if it separates as the lance is no longer connected to the warp core.

Because that would be 2 - 5 PST and that's where their largest market is.

teir 1-4 are unlocked. the fed cloak, multi vector are both teir 5.
oh deary me, looks like this console change is gonna give uber benefits to the klinks and leave the fed looking around the vacum trying to find the bits of their ships...
still, i have never lost to a klingon fleet yet so this might make more of a challenge
but then - klinks are always mess up their ships cos they have too much choice (boffs) so now with even more choices they might just mess it up even more. we will see

The servers are in a data center and probably not one of Cryptics own buildings. The provider they use has to have people there 24/7 in order to handle problems. Technically they could do it at those times but it wouldnt be
that hard but if they run into a problem the overnights are usually skeleton so they wouldnt have the staff to handle a big problem with the patch. Thats just my guess.
