Not positive how it works here but most games consider that an abuse of the help system and your account may be actioned for it. It's like calling in false reports to the police. I wouldn't recommend that.

I haven't logged in for awhile now.

I was having a lot of fun playing over the last few weeks before this mess started. I find now that I don't miss it to much. I'd like to keep my DOffs busy but now I can't really think of a reason to bother.

I think it would be nice if they got rid of the galor spam and then I could come back and play. The longer it take the more I think this game will end up being one of those games I had fun with but just don't play anymore. It wasn't a bad run.

While that is true that only helps to prove that it is a full-on win for PWE. They convinced people to spend possibly upwards of $250.00 on a SHIP... Win? Yes, yes it is. I mean lets say that 100 people paid that much. You just earned $25,000.00. Nice haul huh? I am sure it took a bit of Dev payment to make the ship but I think we can all assume they do not get paid hand over fist. So PWE probably broke even after their first couple of thousand. Now what if 500 folks paid that much for this thing? Now they earn $125,000.00. Whew... I wish 'I' could sell something for that much with so little investment. Now if a whole 1K players have been suckered this way then they got a womping $250,000.00... Niiiiice. Add that to what they got from the Holiday Boxes and their investment to BUY Cryptic is paying for itself real fast.

I hope this little demonstration helps you to really see what we are talking about in terms of PWE's motivations Vs. your... paltry concerns. If that system message is deemed to help them get this income then you and me having great disdain for it means absolutely NOTHING.

its bad enough when hackers and phishers spam, but to have the program developers spam the users of the programs they use is utterly despicable.
