"Login failed for unknown reason" error
Missing additional character slot for current/ lapsed Gold Members
I just cancelled my subscription. Not going in to the reasons why here. After cancelling it shows as subscribed for 0 days. Another problem I am having is some times it does'nt even show that I have STO as a product. Anyone else had/having this problem?
When I cancelled last week, it showed "subscribed for 30 days" afterward, and still shows it. Obviously wrong as well. I believe it was how many days I had left for my most recent payment, but it hasn't gone down.
Ok. Well I havent cancelled because I dont like the game, going in hospital for an operation. I dont want to come out of Hospital and resub only to find I have lost the 30/31 days that will go towards my vet rewards.
