I have sat in all 5 chairs and NOTHING happens. I get the inactivity warning and move to a different chair. Admiral Trem keeps spouting off, "Welcome please take a seat so we can get started." I want to whip out my Antiproton Assualt minigun and splatter him over the conference table. I am sitting you little.....
played it 3 times on my main and only got credit for it once played it on my alt and oh surprise no credit. my main is sci and i could do the sci optional when escorting the ambasadors but did not get credit for it.. i really hope this gets fixed real soon. dont like wasting my time with things

I have the same problem, and firing the guns doesn't do anything...
EDIT: I found that the way to do it is to double-click one of the chairs, as opposed to using F as normal interactions go
We actually finished it once just now, but when we warped to Bajor our progress was reset and the mission seems to be stuck on the first step of beaming into DS9 again like we hadn't done anything at all.
A companion of fleet has had the same problem. The mission has done approximately 4 times and the same thing happens to him exactly. It realizes the whole mission but on having come to Bajor is restarted again.
(sorry, Google translator)
I have come across a bug. I don't know if it has been reported, but on 2 of my alts I never got credit for the 3 doff missions. I just got 2/3. No failure, no nothing. I even waited before I got kicked and the third never came and this was on 2 toons.
As a 5 person team, nothing but problems. On the first try, only 1 got credit. On the 2nd run, 2 different people got credit. Promenade battle accolades were not completable, the holosuite diplomat mission was uncompletable (tried different variations, different steps, etc.. to no avail). I also had a problem in the conference room, where I was not able to access the turbolift to return to promenade, after the conference and the wormhole cutscenes. I had to exit to sector, where I was able to do the promenade section myself, rejoining my team in the battle.
Ran it solo on two different toons, only one problem. I had a server disconnect, and it didn't allow me to turn in the mission. I had to return to DS9 to the conference room, from where I was able to complete the mission and turn it in
I couldn't use my med generator or barrier shield on the promenade, but that's the only bug I had, doing it solo.
How many missions are there? After warping to Bajor, a couple minutes went by before I got the dialogue for the one with the two Cardassians. I completed that one bug free, but have yet to receive any indication there is another mission after it.
also hypos were acting strangely in the mission. a large hypo would normally give back about half my health outside the mission but inside it was only going a couple of %.
i tested them outside and they worked fine.
Actually I think that's a Jem'Hadar weapon related debuff.
I remember in DS9 they shot somebody, but he didnt die from it right away, but he kept bleeding and they couldn't heal the wound.
when you do the doff assignments for s'tass and you accept, he acts like you refused him. even though you can take all 3 assignments.
it also says mission complete (or words to that effect) in the diplomacy dialogue, which are not always present. i think that its not meant to show as it basically tells you which one is correct.
my klingon also got diplomacy xp which is pretty pointless. i understand we are playing a cross faction mission so it may be unavoidable but that reward is not needed on the klingon side.
