***Resolved Issues***
  • "Login failed for unknown reason" error
  • Missing additional character slot for current/ lapsed Gold Members
  • Slow patching in the launcher
  • A bug that involved Romulan Liberated Borg captains and their skills once they chose an ally
  • Some characters were stuck in a loading screen with a "Server Not Responding" message

The last time I played, I just walked straight up to Pag and he gave me the bottle on the first try.

Done te Bojoran kanar 3 times on three different characters:

Playthough One: The Bajoran Monk

Playthrough Two: Ambassador Surah (yes he had a bottle)

Playthrough Three: Commander Andrews (And for a time I honestly thought it was bugged as I didn't think of trying her until I'ddropped and retaken the optinal twice while inside the instance.)

So, it appears once in the istance the NPC who gives up the bottle is fixed/locked in.

I did all the optionals the first time the dipo options were available but one was grayed out, im only envoy dipo right now so that must be why. The next time through I chose the i dont want to options, the dipo options were not available. Somi think i have it down. The dipo options are dependent on wether or not please these guys and on how much dipo exp you have.

I think it randomly changes - I noticed on the Holosuite - it gave me the first response I got last time with a different person; I too tried going to the Bajoran Temple and was told off.
