***Resolved Issues***
  • "Login failed for unknown reason" error
  • Missing additional character slot for current/ lapsed Gold Members

No, since the patch is small but the displayed size is that of the patched files. But it seems like some people dont get it.

Go call your internet provider and ask about bandwidth limits.
