Pretty much what the title says.
I've been playing this game since closed beta and bought the Guramba from the c-store, among other things.
I converted to silver in January. I should be able to pm non-firends.
I was able to until yesterday, but ever since the patch I get the following error message when I try.

"Cannot send private messages to non-friends with a newly created account."

Nevermind. Relogging solved the issue, surprisingly.
