ok i tryed the kar'fi carrier and now the guramba siege destroyer.I have decided im more in tune with the guramba.

But now i have a question does the javelin benefit from tactical disruptor consoles?
Like how people say the galaxy x lance benefits from phaser relays?

Keep in mind im a tac captain and my boff build and weapon loadout follows the fleet escort build Is there a better loadout then this or am i on the right track?

Woot another Guramba user . Yes the Javelin does benefit from the disruptor consoles.

Awesome that's great news.And hi lol thx for that info.I guess ill be using disruptor's then.What type of loadout do you have beams dhc dc etc?

IMOHPO...
Use DHC, a Torp and aft all turrets.
At least one Tactical team and at least 2 lvls of Cannon rapid fire, preferably 2 & 3.
Got Cstore consoles?
Plasmatic Leech, Gravametric Pulse, Assiton Assimilator and Isometric Charge are all good complementary console choices in any combination. Of course, there are many choices now.
My Grumba has the "Retro" Borg set w/Reman Prototype shield and mounts all vrMk XI Anti-Proton borg gear and just melts most anything in mere seconds.
And it looks cool doing it.

My load out: Fore Weapon: 4 DHC-Disruptor
Aft Weapons: 3 Disruptor Turrets

I don't use torps although you should....if you play your cards right you can rip through shields and use torps against their hull.

wow what great tips and info thank you guys so much.looks like i have a lot of things to try out.Thx for helping me i dont feel as lost now.I have direction hehe
Also with a all dhc turret loadout what tac consoles would you use prefires or induction coils keep in mind i went with disruptors.

Ok you clearly need some help with your build if you are still running this. Changes are made as above. I suggest removing the DBB for a 4th DHC unless you use Target Shields Subsystems III or Beam Overload III.

Go with Induction coils since you are using disruptor weapons.

I'm afraid my build works perfectly fine thank you

There's no real reason to think that every escort build ever in the course of history has to run all DHC's on the front. My combination is very effective for my style of game play, I take the fact that the ship is a "Siege Destroyer" to heart, and think of it as a heavy weapons platform to be used in PvP and PvP on a team, where I act basically as an artillery piece. The Isometric charge is great for dealing with Charlie Foxtrots and Fedballs, while the Bio-Neural torpedo works great in conjunction with the disruptor lance, fire the Bio-Neural, keep a bead on the target, and hit it with the Javelin just before the torpedo hits using your buffs as required to take down as much of the facing shield as possible. Really puts the hurt on things.
