# 1 Environment Clipping on DS9
02-16-2012, 05:22 PM
I noticed this when looking out at the wormhole from the upper level of DS9 promenade.

Directly above the tailor (as viewed from the minimap).

The objects are visible in full when looking back into the core of the station (1), and gradually go invisible as you turn camera to look out (2).. and are not there when looking outward (3).

The ends of the objects have some collision that allows you to step up and over them, but the middle does not.

p.s. The image on the system description popup for the Bajor System (as viewed in sector space) still shows the old wasteland planet.

I reported this same bug on Tribble the night before the build was pushed to Holodeck.

Also, what's with that giant golden ring encircling the Promenade which you can clearly see through the windows on the second level? I noticed it sometime back, but never had the chance to report it...

And... the lense-flare from the new sun is visible from inside the station, even in places the sun isn't visible at all (such as inside a room on the other side of the station).
